Every Halloween, Honolulu's Chinatown district transforms into a spooktacular scene of costumes, music and food. And this year was a totally different experience for us because our little Peter Pan tagged along.
Instead of a late-night bar hopping, we showed up early for a more family-friendly experience–when Liv strolled freely down Nuuanu Avenue. She even "won" a dance-off and got a few Halloween toys handed to her by festival-goers.
